To provide even more confidence in your purchase, we offer warranty extension plans:

 12-Month Extension – Add an extra year of protection.
 24-Month Extension – Extend your warranty for an additional two years.

These extensions must be purchased within the first month of receiving your product and can provide up to additional years of total coverage.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty components, ensuring that your product functions as expected under normal use.

Covered Under Warranty:

• Material and workmanship defects
• Internal component failures
• Factory-related malfunctions

Not Covered Under Warranty:

• Accidental damage (e.g., drops, water exposure)
• Electrical damage due to unstable power sources
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• General wear and tear
• Loss or theft

 Important: Opening the casing of any electrical equipment yourself is dangerous and will void your warranty.

If you experience an issue with your product, follow these simple steps:

1. Check Your Warranty Status – Confirm the duration and terms of your product’s warranty.
2. Contact Lencarta Support – Reach out via email or phone with your order details.
3. Send the Item for Inspection – If necessary, ship the product to our UK Repair Centre.
4. Repair or Replacement – Our technicians will assess and repair the item, or replace it if required.

Lencarta is the only official UK-based repair centre for Godox and Feiyutech products. We ensure quick, efficient, and professional service for all eligible repairs.
